This is a large personal luxury villa proposed for a powerful client in the upscale Nadd Al Shiba neighborhood.  Isometric Engineering Consultancy presented 3 distinct styles of villas (Moroccan, Mediterranean, and Hybrid) based on research of the local architectural environment and a detailed study of the clients’ tastes in a 180 page proposal.
