This is an ultra-modern skyscraper being built in the heart of Noida, India. Envisioned as an iconic business destination in North India, it has been designed to be the epitome of perfection that integrates office space, a 5 star hotel, and a luxury shopping mall in one magnificent building. It consists of two main towers, one of 40 floors and the other of 34 floor floors, and is expected to cost over USD 100 million to build.

* Isometric Engineering Consultancy was involved with the initial structural design of the building from the client’s side, and worked with the architectural consultants closely at the preliminary stage. Isometric Engineering Consultancy also presented a green energy proposal to use solar glass for the façade directly to the client’s representative.
